Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was good. Everything in area closes early. The condo is also not beach front. You need a shuttle to the beach or drive. Other than that, all was well. Beautiful condo

Nice place but had a bad experience

We enjoyed staying here and the bar and restaurant is nice to have on the beach! We had a minor incident, because house keeping came in the day before we left, and threw away a lot of our food, unopened bottles of wine, and even Yetti cups while we were still asleep. We called the management and found out that they made a mistake and went to the wrong condo. Other than this experience, it was nice

Beautiful resort and beach

Condo was perfect. It was just two of us but we could have brought 2 more. Very Reasonably priced for being right on the beach. At first they didn’t have our reservation but one call to vacasa and it was quickly resolved. The key pad lock on the door is a great idea. No need for a key.

The Summit

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit property. The unit was very quiet and comfortable although the master bed was a little too firm. This is a great location to shop and dine in Destin but also be away from the crowds. Aside from the fire alarm false-alarm, this was a great vacation experience.

Lovely place to stay

Property is very clean, grounds keepers are very helpful humble.

Condo was very clean, nice furniture, well stocked with bath towels and essentials. Great location close to restaurants & shopping center. 5 min. Walk to beach. Pool area clean, lots of lounge chairs. This is our first time at this condo but not the last!! Thank you to the condominium owner for allowing us to stay.
