Relax and enjoy a perfect beach vacation or hop on your bike and you are just minutes away from Grayton Beach or Gulf Place! This brand new condo complex is just .2 of a mile from 2 different beach accesses. Saturday to Saturday rental.

This condo sleeps 6 with a Queen bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the hallway & a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This new complex is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Hidden Lakes is also nearby to several of the coastal dune lakes that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, this complex is also near to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby. A few of our favorite restaurants are the Shunk Gulley, Local Catch, and Goatfeathers.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Very loud

The condo above us was very loud. Banging and stomping outside of quiet time hours. It was very hard to sleep I was also charged twice for my stay and have no been reimbursed for the over billing

Family beach trip

Great location with easy, short walk to the beach. It’s close enough to everything but also out of some of the congestion that happens along other parts of 30A. It was the perfect spot for me, my husband and our 1yr old.

Beautiful Unit - Excellent Location!

We loved this unit and it had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that we didn’t see until we were leaving! It was a short walk to the beach access and several restaurants, bike rental companies, and shops were within easy walking distance. The only problem we had was entering the complex late at night upon our arrival. It was very dark and we missed where to turn within the complex. However, the rental management had someone on duty who was able to direct us. A map of the layout of the complex would have been extremely helpful.

Clean and convenient location

Condo was well appointed and very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Only negative was the the noise of the units. Specifically, the unit above ours was LOUD. Stomping, furniture movement - all was constant all day and night. Management co did provide wrong access code but promptly rectified.. Pool was convenient to this unit and overall a good place to stay.

Worth the LONG WAIT to check in

The location and ease of access to beach was wonderful. However, checking in at 5:00 pm without having access to the pool while waiting on room to be cleaned is a bit too long. The room was ready but access code not sent until 5:00. Travel day to get to beach and stay at this location is the only reason not to stay here again. 9:00 am check makes that day a bust too. Condo is beautiful, location is great, but check in/out times are excessive!

Great Location!!

This area of 30A is our favorite for a laid back and walkable location. This unit is good for two, but cramped for a family of 4. The unit’s balcony looks on to the entry gate area for the condo and the master looks on to the parking lot. There really is no good outdoor lounging area associated with the unit. The pool is really nice and kid friendly design. The gate makes a beeping noise that is pretty annoying over time.
