The toilet and tub backed up. I called the front desk for maintenance spoke with Brandon. They never came. A few hours later the water went down. It was nasty. I had to keep calling from cell phone because I couldn’t get a dial tone on the hotel phone . I paid too much money for the inconveniences. I was not happy. I didn’t get an apology or refund

The hotel was very convenient if you are going to a 49ers game. The tailgate party that was planned was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful. the only thing that I was upset about was the hot tub wasn't filled when we were there. Overall I give the Hilton a 10 out of 10!

We come here every year for the Niner game. This year we brought our entire family and love staying at this hotel. It’s a prime location for all the tailgate festivities, the Hilton even has their own tailgate party, so fun! 10/10 recommend!

The whole stay was great. Rooms were very clean. Only unfortunate thing was the hot tub was broken and we were looking forward to it. Everything else was good! Would stay again.

Rooms needs improvement, refrigerator hardly worked, didn’t keep the food or drinks cold, there is no microwave, phones are out of date, the tub was getting clogged, the WiFi was horrible in the room. I could not connect and had to use the lobby. The lobby was extremely noisy.
