I was trying to get a cup of coffee around 9:15 am. They mentioned the buffet was closed. I requested a cup of coffee and though they have it in the pot, I wasn’t allowed to take. Instead they said I can brew it in the room or goto the gas station next door. I can understand not allowing breakfast, but it was strange not allowing me to having a cup of coffee. Also, the staff member was rude in her responses.

If I write something good about this horrible hotel, the front desk her name MONIGUE she’s so nice and helpful. Let’s talk about the hotel. Dirty, bathroom is nasty, The room smells so bad. I will never come back or recommended to somebody.

This is a VERY TIRED property that has not been kept up. I have never stayed in this level Hilton brand in such poor condition. Would not stay there again unless there is a full remodel inside.

The room was dirty and outdated. Poor air circulation and mold visible in bathroom celling. Tub old and stained. Broken furniture in the kitchen surrounding the fridge.

Good stay, so close to being great!
Overall, it was good but not great. The room AC/Heater wasn't working properly. The thermostat wasn't working so the room wasn't at desired temperature. The sofa bed mattress needs replacing. The springs were about to burst through which was awful to lie on. On the 2nd night, I decided to just sleep on the couch without pulling out the bed. The Breakfast was good with made-to-ordered eggs. The Staff was friendly.

Moldy, mildew smell. Tears in my couch. Shower smelled like horrendous. I slept with the balcony door open to off set the mold and mildew smell. Every surface is very worn and very scratch. Complete embarrassment of an Embassy Hotel location. I love embassy suites I stay at then almost exclusively when I travel. This one by far is the worst in the entire chain. I asked for a fan and was told it was on the way and it never came lol. Save ur money PLEASE check for another hotel even the beds felt damp. Nothing about this location is luxurious.

Upon arriving at the hotel there was a big line of folks checking in and only 1 person available to check in, so the check in process was horrible, took about 30 minutes to check in. When I finally got the keys to the room, one key did not work, and the restroom did not have toilet paper.

The room was in terrible condition. Tub spout has black stain on it which looked like mold. The tub was old and desolate including bathroon door rusted and worn out. Shower head tons of gray deposits( hard water) and the room balcony had Beer bottle with Cigarette buttes everywhere . Room curtain had large stains on it. Overal it was weird. We called the front desk and they gave us another room, it was musty smelling and bathroom was not great either had dust sticking out of the exhaust light whcih was almsot hitting our face when entering the bathroom as the the ceiling was very low. I called front desk and asked to change the room and finally got a room which was okay...similar type though. Lot of noise like hell. The breakfast was okay, they close quickly. Happy hour- very boring. Serioulsy, they shouldnt even have those. Overall very disappointed for $200 hotel . Not worth it. Stay away from it. The building looks old and desolate. The hot tub is broken , Pool old and gym looks like it is from another era. I am sorry to give such a horrible review, it felt like we were staying in an 2nd world war era hotel.

Checking in webt fast & smooth. When I got to my room, I immediately knew that the A/C wasn't working. Maintenence guy came & looked & said that the A/C was working. I had to literally take a chair,stand on it w/ a piece of paper to show the guy that no air was blowing out of it. Not to mention the temperature kept rising from 71 to 79. I paid for a balcony room (cost extra), switched room. Desk guy said I'm going to switch you to a better room that cost more but won't charge you the extra. He said that the room also had the exact same balcony style as my original room. Transferred my belongings & my service animal to the other room to only find out that its a handicap room. The door didn't open when you pushed the handle down & try & keep these other people's dog from attacking my dog. Finally got the door to open by pushing thr handle up. Yes, the room was bigger but the extra money I spent for the balcony isnt what I got in this room. So extremely disappointed. I was going to a concert & didnt have time to change rooms AGAIN, as it literally took me 28 minutes to get into this room. If they're charging people that's handicapped extra for a handicap room they should be ashamed of themselves & giving a room to NON HANDICAP person is unacceptable. But overall the breakfast was great, the room was clean & will continue to recommend Embassy Suites.

The property is dated and dirty.. ridden with mold and the carpets are saturated with an awful smell. Stefan did his best. But unfortunately this was the absolute WORST Experience I’ve ever had at the embassy suites.

Hilton Employees Staying There Complained Too!
Hotel needs a reno, furniture in rooms was scratched and old, front space of suite was dark without enough lamps, bathroom vanity was only partially installed, everything was additional cost without what was included being quality to start with. Evening reception was a few bowls of pita chips and hummus, plus some crudite, which was all gone before it was half over and never replenished. Made to order breakfast plus buffet the next morning was also lacking with nothing being replenished, lots of eggs but not in more than scrambled version, shortages of fresh fruit, less than decent pastries or other selection. Spoke to a Hilton employee who also stayed there that night and was next to me in line when I checked out. He asked me what I had thought, so I told him I was far less than impressed. He then went on in reply to tell me how awful he thought it was, how he felt any standard properties locally would have been better, that he thought it was far substandard, and then proceeded to lecture the front desk clerk on the deficiencies. Its a shame, because they know how to do better which for that location as far as the food was proven by the dinner I paid for there that night. It was decent. But of course it was additional, as one would expect it to be. The quality is not there with anything else.
