The night we checked in, we were having trouble with checking in and the person checking us in at the front desk was not doing anything to try to assist in making it go smoother. She wasn’t very friendly or empathetic to the situation which just made the stay a little uncomfortable since it occurred right at the start of our stay. The room was a nice size; liked that it had a fridge and sink as a family checking in, liked the living room area/space, it was spacious in that aspect. The restroom had a bit of mold on the wall closest to the fan, and there were a lot of spiderwebs throughout the room in general. The property was fine, well maintained for the most part. This isn’t on the property’s fault but the trash cans throughout the property were filled to the brims EVERY morning from guests piling their trash even when seeing that the bin was clearly full. Parking was close and the parking lot in general was well lit, also liked that the property is gated off and locked after certain hours. Also liked that the property had an elevator.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The staff was consistently unresponsive to requests, making it difficult to address even basic concerns during my stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with several areas appearing neglected. The breakfast provided was particularly poor, both in quality and variety, failing to meet even minimal expectations. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We were there for 8 nights, they didnt come to clean the room once, and the breakfast was so average we only had it 3 or 4 times. Otherwise it was fine, we werent there much as we were out and about, its a budget hotel so cant really expect too much from it i guess? We came back at 11.30 and asked to buy water bottles and were sent to the next hotel, because the shop was "closed" - the guy just had to walk through a door to grab 2 water bottles and add them to the room?

Positive: Safe, clean and spacious rooms. Decent parking. Breakfast is a plus and the large fridge and microwave in the rooms helps. Negative: The noise, if you have a room but the road you hear the cars all night long and in the morning there a lot of kids running around screaming very early.

My room was old and poorly maintain. The wall paper was literally peeling off of the wall. The shower curtain might have just been non-existent considering it almost flooded the entire bathroom floor with water. Overall, the property was large and seemed to be well pretty busy. I was in and out with my stay.

Excellent stay, it’s literally 15 mins away from Disneyland and the rooms are clean and I was so happy when I saw how big the fridge was because we had a lot of food and drinks and was worried they weren’t going to fit in a small refrigerator I will definitely book my future trips here

For the most part the room was clean and had all amenities you'd want. The only problem I had was the sink and shower drained slow so they'd eventually puddle up. Sink is acceptable, but shower was annoying. Also the drape was over the AC so every time it was blowing it would just blow right up the drape not the room. I'd still stay here again. The good outweigh the bad. It was pretty clean and the staff was grear.

Overall, for the room, it was a great value. I would definitely stay again on a similar trip. The room was comfortable and there was a full size fridge. The TVs were a little small/dated. I know there is a push for eco-friendly toiletries; this was a disappointment. There was only one multi-purpose, hospital grade 3-1 product in the shower and it was poor quality. Would prefer a dedicated conditioner and body wash. Also, bathrooms could use updating. The breakfast was good and they had to go boxes so you could take it with. I wish there was a little variety on what was served. It was delicious but same exact thing every day. The pool area was nice and hot tub was perfect temp. Only perplexing thing about the property overall was that when outside on grounds, there was a persistent mildew smell.

Basic hotel, room was facing the main streets and on the ground floor so got waken up a couple times when drivers in the cars decided to revved up their cars (out of boredoms?). But beside that, basic needs are met.
