The Space:
Located on Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial K402 is a gulf front, fourth floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. You are only steps to the beach when you stay in this tastefully decorated unit! This unit offers 3 flat screen TVs, DVD, screened lanai with beach front views, a fully equipped kitchen as well as coin-operated laundry facilities located on the first floor of this building. The master en-suite has been remodeled with a walk-in shower while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants.

Bedding: K/QF/SS. Sleeps 6. Minimum stay of 3 nights in off season and 7 nights in peak season. No smoking permitted.

Guest Access:
This is a private rental, you will have access to the amenities of the Sundial K complex which includes a large pool, tennis, grills, cooking area and shuffleboards as well as everything Sundial has to offer in terms of dining and shopping, beaches and grounds. Access to direct resort amenities such as the main pool by the tiki bar, bikes etc. is not included with the rental of this unit.

The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay. Convenience as desired!

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, yet provide guests the space and serenity they desire while on a much needed retreat. Our office staff is available by messaging, e-mail, or phone 24/7.

This condo offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
