The Space:
Sundial F106 features a peaceful courtyard location centrally located in the West development of Sundial Resort. Steps to the grills, pool, shuffleboard, beaches, and more, you will find entertainment and fun in the sun to be extremely proximal to your unit. Additionally, the walk out lanai offers convenience that other units do not for those with restricted mobility or simply want a more seamless walk to the beach, free of elevators, people, and front door locks. Easy walk to the on-site restaurants, Bailey`s store, pickle ball courts, poolside Tiki bar, pizza, ice cream, full service spa, tennis, beach volleyball and more.

Guest Access:
This is a private rental, you will have access to the amenities of the Sundial F complex which includes a large pool, tennis, grills, cooking area and shuffleboards as well as everything Sundial has to offer in terms of dining and shopping, beaches and grounds. Access to direct resort amenities such as the main pool by the tiki bar, bikes etc. is not included with the rental of this unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located within the Sundial Resort community, in close proximity to the bridge, restaurants, shopping, and everything else the island has to offer.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire while on a much needed vacation.

Short but sweet!
I could only stay for a few days but The Sundial was a great resort with all you need. Everything you need is just a walk away. And a nice long stretch of beach...the sunrises were awesome! Thanks!

Relaxing and beautiful
This condo is beautiful and so clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is just a very short walk away. We had a beautiful view of the courtyard and we were always greeted with little bunny rabbits in the morning. This is a very special place and we made some wonderful memories. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. I thank you for this beautiful amd relaxing vacation. Hope to be back soon.

Clean, comfortable , could use some upgrades
Tv in bedroom signal was intermittent need to upgrade direct tv to modern system. Shower has a leak , could upgrade fixtures. Salt & Pepper would have been a Ck bonus. It is a bare necessity rental.

Great location and access to beach
Great place to stay. My only complaint is there was NO COFFEE in the unit! It would be nice if there was just enough for the 1 pot. We got in late and had to go out for coffee the first morning instead of relaxing in the unit.

This was a perfect unit for a quick getaway. The kitchen is very well stocked, good coffee maker, nice living area. The things that could be improved are: hooks in the bathroom for towels, softer bed sheets, bigger beach towels, beach chairs that are not upright and that have some recline to them. Entrance from ground floor was easy and parking right outside the unit was also easy. Pool and beach is super close to unit, like a 1-2 minute walk.

Nice clean place close to beach
Great unit. Did expect it to be directly on the beach it was basically one building away. No big deal really. Short walk. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys being there was a nice touch. Didn’t realize laundry wasn’t in the unit. That would have been bonus. It’s on the floor above for all units to share. Spent a lot of time at sundial as a child. This was amazing coming back 30 years later. Glad we had the opportunity.

Everything was great, a very nice unit. Was well equipped and the location was great . Loved the first floor for easy access. Only regret is we wished there was a washer and dryer.
