The staff was more than happy to assist me when I asked them for many things as I was traveling with 4 kids alone, breakfast was amazing daily and room was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again💗

Very polite staff, clean and well maintained hotel. We always base our stays on who has free breakfast and I will say they surpassed our expectations. Hot breakfast even at the end and a ton of variety to choose from.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The lobby is awesome and the outdoor patio with fire table is great. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Nice stay at the Tru by Hilton after many stays at various private inns and other chains. Hilton is dependably good choice for cleanliness, comfortable mattress and pillows and good coffee. I like that there’s no carpeting in the room. Dark out shades were a plus as well. It’s worth paying a couple extra dollars to get a really good nights sleep when you’re traveling all day on the road. This hotel would also be a nice place to stay for a couple days if you’re planning on vacationing in Sandusky.

Stayed here on our way out west and on our way back east. Nice, new facilities with a friendly staff…….close drive into Sandusky and the shore of Lake Erie….fire pit was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail ( we brought our own). Definitely would recommend

Check-in staff was super friendly and eager to help. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. Parking lot looks much smaller than it is, but the hotel next door seems to share a big back lot with this hotel so there is plenty even on busy weekends. The hotel was worth the money compared to other area prices. Will stay again.

Very clean! Smelled clean. Cozy bed and pillows. Had plenty of linens. Friendly staff. Quick elevator. Breakfast was good with fresh pancakes omlets, misc. Staff was quick to clean area. Would stay here again.
