Everything was spotlessly cleaned and the beds were soooo comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Not a single complaint.

Staff was not motivated

Body wash bottle was broken but not replaced. In the morning, there was still one hour until the breakfast was closed, but garbage bins were full, coffee and a few breakfast items were run out.

On hot water one night, morning breakfast was terrible, fan running in the hallway to dry carpet, When asked the desk clerk at night about the hot water. She said she was the only one there supposedly no maintenance at that time so the desk clerk ask we wanted her to do. Poorly trained.

Very clean rooms and spotless bathroom! Functional furniture in rooms for travelling and for business. Very quiet and I was next to the pool. Breakfast has a lot of good offerings and coffee all day long! The only things I felt weren't so good was the rock hard mattress and, the heating/cooling unit that had mind of its own but overall was able to stay comfortable. I was there for three nights and on the second morning the smell of the eggs they have at breakfast filled the room! The other two mornings that didn't happen, thankfully. Front desk staff very pleasant and handled a small check in glitch with ease. Top notch cleanliness will be the main reason I book here in a return trip.

We both are disabled with walkers and booked a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was great with the exception of the toilet being very low but there was NO room for walkers in room. Couldn’t get past desk chair. No where to put them without having to climb over them. Not accessible at all.

A gem in a rural setting

The hotel is newer and comfortable. It is clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked really well. Nice shower, warm water. I requested an accessible room and the shower was walk in with plenty of handrails. Breakfast was different and better than adequate. Loved the warm cinnamon rolls. Area is safe and rural pretty. A good dog walking area. My only cons: the carpet was wet. I thought it was the AC at first bc the room was really cold. We even ended up shutting off the air to see if it felt better. It was dry by the second day. My husband kept complaining about a musty smell from the carpet. I did not notice it. Plus, I put down the bath mat outside the shower and pulled the curtain well but the floor ended up wet despite care.
