Get new linen and pillows

The room itself was nice they upgraded, but the pillow and pillowcases was stain real bad it was a stain on the fitted sheet they need to get new linen and new pillows.

Everywhere I looked there were roaches and I pay my hard earned money to stay somewhere and this was unacceptable, the towels were dirty, the sheets were inside out and dirty as well as the pillowcases, I am highly disappointed

Even though the room was suppose to be smoke free, it Han a scent of someone smoking in the room before. The Matress are very hard and uncomfortable .
