The room seemed very nice and clean to visual appearance, however I had to switch rooms due to horrible rashes, which at first I thought was due to bed bugs. Overall the service and room were ok and comfortable. I just feel that although I was switched rooms, I should have not been charged for at least my last night stay due to the problem . I usually request not to get room service after just one night, until the second. I was told that because I didn't allow room service it was my fault that I got the rashes. I found that to be not only wrong but offensive.

The floor was dirty and slippery, almost oily. The sheets had been laundered but were stained. The walls and paint were in bad condition. There was no holder for toilet paper. The bathroom counter was not clean. There was soap scum in the shower. Lots of noise from neighbors and the refrigerator. The microwave was al dented up and looked awful. No closet or place to hang clothes or get luggage off the floor besides the chairs.

Its decent for the price. Floor, bath tub and shower were dirty. Floors felt dirty and there was a dark red stain, which looked like nail polish or blood. I've stayed here multiple times and have noticed a disregard for cleanliness. But for the price its ok. The bed does seem clean and that's obviously important.

Last minute reservation, staff was very helpful, quick process, room was ok, spacious, comfortable, refrigerator and microwave in room, bathroom huge but thinking it was a while since someone occupied the room, bathroom was not spotless, just some hairs on the floor. Huge inconvenience was the tv, control remote was awful and had the biggest problem trying turn it on and working with it

Staff is very friendly. Great value for weekday stays. 24 hour McDonalds next door. Close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. Fridge and microwave were nice amenities to have. Property has security for guests. Only complaints are the pool was not clean and the weekend rate was over $600 for two nights. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Would stay there again. You can see they invested a lot in upgrading guest rooms, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the rest of the property.
