The staff was very friendly and informative. The entire facility was spotless. Very spacious room. Quick 5 minute walk to dining and wine tasting. Felt safe.

Staff was ver courteous and knowledgeable. Wine tasting and breakfast exceeded expectations. Walked next door to their sister property, you can use their amenities, very nice. Only negative which isn’t a big deal, ice machine only on 4th floor and I don’t really like rain shower heads in the shower, but that is not a big deal. Loved that the floors are all hardwood, even in halls, no carpet anywhere! Super clean.

Nicely designed hotel and very attentive staff. They serve an upscale continental breakfast in the morning, but I found the egg bites were not heated sufficiently by the lamps provided and many items were not restocked quickly enough for everyone to be able to enjoy them.

My 2nd stay and won’t be the last!! I checked in with my small dog and was very warmly greeted. They had a pet gift for her, gave us a 1st floor room with sliding glass door right next to the lobby. The breakfast was an elevated continental and the entire staff was wonderful and very friendly. The decor is great with a small chandelier and an exposed brick wall behind the rod iron bed.

Staff wasnt personable. Seemed to act very stuck up. For 650 a night for a basic room was expecting way more. I would never stay at this hotel again. Stayed at calipaso winery for less and enjoyed that stay way more
