Construction during my stay
I’ve stayed here my last 8 business trips usually lasting a week. I must say I’m a little disappointed when booking hotel it doesn’t mention anywhere of construction going on which unfortunately was happening during my stay. To top it off I arrived 10pm Sunday after a long trip and they were having trouble with the key card machine. I had to wait 10 mins to check in and then I needed to wait for someone to let me in the room. Now to be clear the service was awesome they gave me some drink vouchers for the bar but still not what I wanted to deal with during my trip.

Trying to check in, first operator said possibly, to call back in an hour. Second operator said no, matter if factly, not till 2:30. Check in later and then was notified of ongoing renovations being done on site. No prior notice. Very poor communication about the construction and lack of enough parking due to contractor’s equipment taking up numerous parking areas. Hallways dirty with drywall debris. Sad

Parking was limited in the back of hotel which had dumpsters from construction. Wont stay st this hotel again, carpet in room was stained . I requested a room near elavotor and handycap parking due to hip surgery and no parking was available so we had to park at the front of hotel and walk a ways to room 365...

Worst hotel EVER!!
I booked a king kitchenette and got a dbl queen with a fridge and microwave, coffee maker and sink. NO POTS, pans, dishes, dishwasher! The coffee maker didNOT work, the shower didNOT work, there was cold air coming in from the sliding door, the shower DIDNOT work, I had to wash my hair in the sink, no hairdryer! Very disappointed!!
