We had requested a handicap room, was told by Veronica (via phone call weeks in advance of arrival date) that we would have the room. Upon arrival, we were told no handicap room available. The evening manager, Jimmy did accommodate us with suite. He also did provide us with a bathtub chair which was very helpful. Thanks Jimmy

Santa Maria Inn

The Historic Santa Maria Inn was a very quaint hotel . The room was very small and the bathroom really needs an update . It was very clean though and the bed was super comfy!! We were just there for one night so it was perfect and we didn’t spend a fortune! There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as one in the hotel.

It’s an old property so it’s nice but could be nicer. Loud fireworks nearby often. Clean enough.

Very comfortable, quiet. I prefer the original part of hotel over the newer tower which I’m sure has a great view. For my age the ground floor is easier. Check out @ noon is a great feature. Restaurant on site, delicious, nice ambiance. Historic place. I’ll be back

Towels stained, walls and doors of room dirty and in places damaged, spot painted and mismatched. Carpet stains. Furniture looked like it belongs in a dollar good will store, scratched very old. Smelly hallways. Overall an incredibly bad experience for $200+. I’ll never go there again. Motel 6 is better

Checked in my Room & it was dirty and flooded in the bathroom ask for someone to go up and clean it that I would go have a drink at their bar come back. They leave me a mop and towels to clean it myself.
