The staff members that I checked in with were above and beyond very helpful and kind and very sweet persons. I’m sorry can’t remember there names but one had a disability in one hand and he had one of the staff lady assist us with issue in our room. They were super helpful and kind and example of excellent customer service.

We were placed near the end where construction is under way. Although there was plastic sheeting hanging to keep dust out, the floor in the hallway was pretty dirty. There was also some construction noise. The staff was kind and conscientious. Breakfast was a plus.

My room keys did not work every time I tried to use them and had to keep going to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. I had NO hot water the entire stay and they would move me or fix it.

This property probably needs to be upgraded. I was lounging on the bed reading and a spider walked across my leg. I'm a country girl so I just killed it and moved on. We had access to a balcony, but it was full of cobwebs and had holes around the exterior. Was unsure how safe it was. It also only had one chair to sit on. Not very relaxing for a balcony.
