Unfortunately the bed in our room was extremely hard, kinda felt like we were sleeping on the floor hard, and parking was not always easy. The staff was great though.

Our room had a great view of the bay. Perfectly located to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and well kept, plus it had a refrigerator and microwave. Loved the sense of security because you had to have a key card to use the elevator!

Lovely stay at the Blue Sail Inn

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff were friendly. The grab-and-go breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The only thing I wish they had is an outdoor space where one could sit and have a morning coffee while seeing the water, since we were on the opposite side of the street and facing the back. It really was just a block away from the bustle of the town, and the walk down the boardwalk was nice as an alternative.

Our check-in time says 3:00. The hotel staff had not finished cleaning our two rooms. The staff member said that check-in times are not guaranteed. When asked how much longer, she was not willing to check with the staff. After the shift change, the next person was much more accommodating and our rooms were ready about 40 minutes later.

Great spot in Morro Bay

We arrived here early evening and were checked in by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was in the building directly across the road from the reception and this is where the main parking area is. There is an elevator for getting bags to your room which made everything very easy. Rooms are large, clean and have quite a few amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave etc) but do look a little old fashioned. The location is great and there is a restaurant next door (Dornes) that serves excellent food.

we booked a room with view and was given a room with no view. they said it was Bookings fault. we had to pay $50.00 more. Bookings should reimburse us.
