Extra charges I wasn’t aware of . Can’t get food anywhere around property after 12am . Long wait for valet. We were given keys to someone else’s room upon arrival. When phoning about extra charges guy was extremely rude.

Bel Hotel, très bien situé. Super service. Beau Lobby. Chambre Junior suite grande et bien aménagé. Par contre, mur en carton, on entends TOUT. Pomme de douche à 10 pieds dans les air et non deplacable donc difficile de prendre une bonne douche. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Lumière dans la salle de bain s’allume au mouvement….donc durant la douche …la lumière s’éteint…désagréable.

Perfect location with Lori’s Diner across the road and Union Square at the end of the block. There is some stairs at the entry, good to note for carrying luggage! Quiet and unobtrusive.

A wonderful and charming hotel with amazing staff and in a perfect location right on the cable car route. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and while the bathroom is a little small it was certainly clean and useable. Overall a fantastic and perfect location hotel that I would strongly recommend. We will be back here for sure.
