Nikko is so great. Our go to for union square! There was a small mix up this time as they didn't have my Expedia reservation but the staff was able to work it out quickly, which was especially important since I had prepaid! They were also doing some plumbing work so the water was off from 11pm to 4am but I appreciated that they did it after hours and it really didn't affect us. I've probably stayed here about 10 times and I would definitely go back. Walking distance to everything downtown

We did see someone's hair gel container on the floor under the bathroom counter. Not a huge deal. When asked if there was an extra USB to USBC cord in the lost and found at the front desk as I had forgotten mine front desk person didn't even look and pointed us to your little store, which didn't even sell that type. Wish there was a bar, or coffee stand in the lobby area so that we could grab a drink or coffee to go. We never got to use our food and drink credit as it wasn't convenient. So that was a bummer. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Relaxing Weekend (staycation)
This was my first time at Hotel Nikko and it exceeded all expectations. We spent most of our visit to the City at the hotel and had the most amazing time. The staff was pleasant to work with and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also a big plus to have the Anzu restaurant inside the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about leaving the hotel for a nice dinner. The decorations for the holidays was very cute! The amenities were amazing, an indoor pool for us winter babies? LOVED! We did not want to leave! Perfect for a little staycation. I’m already planning my next trip.

Great hotel with nice staff and clean throughout. Only downside was the bed. I opted for the upgraded King room but the bed was pretty terrible. The mattress was very uneven and lumpy and almost completely collapsed on one side, definitely past its usable lifespan.
