I liked the location of the property... I did not like the room i got as it was next to the exit/entrance door and every time someone entered or left the building i heard it in my room... it was very disturbing... but overall a very comfortable stay.

Booked this room for my grandmother who had to stay for a Stanford appointment. She said it was clean, the staff was kind, and it was an easy ride to stanford.

Very noisy
The first room had an a/c not working so we were transferred to another room. The second room was near the freeway and was very noisy all night long, no way to drown it with music or other means. The ac was working but it’s even louder than the freeway so combined the 2 noises, no way to get a sleep. We stayed there to be near the Stanford are for a medical testing. Sad to say, it did not helped at all and even worsened my symptoms before testing. Also, my husband forgot his pants with belt use to carry (cost more than a regular belt) at the first room we’re in. He went back to get it but the pants was there without the belt. We mentioned it at the front desk but they denied that someone was there. The people working were nice though but the place is not good.

Always used to stay here with my dad and sisters. We’d stay for almost a week at a time every time we went on vacation and it was always such a great experience. Came back here after a few years with my boyfriend on a vacation and it was just like I remember it. Nothing bad to say about this place ever. Super cozy, affordable and safe!

Hard to Rest
The room was clean and comfortable but the people up above me were noisy and there was either loud TV or music which sounded like it was coming from the room behind me. People have no consideration for others. This is why I like to top floor but since this hotel didn't have an elevator, I had no choice but to get the bottom since I recently had spine surgery and was in town for a follow-up visit. Plus my room had no hot water.
