This is a spacious Guest House 1 bedroom 1 bath (1 level) attached to the main house; however, you have a completely private entrance and there is no access between the two. It is in a very quiet upscale neighborhood on a private street surrounded by lush, full-grown trees. It's furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
30 Night Minimum Stay.

The living room includes a couch that opens to make a queen-size bed and a big Flat Screen TV. The kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, No dishwasher, and an island dining space that seats 4; kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.
We also have a small deck outside to enjoy a California afternoon.

This Guest House is exactly 1 mile away from the famous Del Mar Racetrack. (also, home to San Diego Fair during the summer) We are about 2.3 miles away from the beach and train station.
Conveniently located within walking/driving distance to almost anything you might decide you need, shopping, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks, great restaurants, and fitness facilities.

It's about a 90min drive or train ride to Disneyland and about 30min drive to LEGOLAND and The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego airport. You name it, we are close to all. Suitably located to everything but far away enough that you don't get caught up in the congestion or noise.
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh vacation rental units. Our properties are clean and safe for arrival and ready for guest’s vacation.
