Great spot on a budget
It was a great place to stay on a budget. It was clean and pretty big. The view of mission bay was nice and the pool and juccuzi was also very nice. They have a restaurants all day long and the customer service is also great.

I should’ve listened to the review that mentioned how noisy it can be and how thin the walls are. We were able to hear our neighbors (luckily it was just tv noise), and the gap under our door was so big that you could hear every person that walked by our room. When a maid was cleaning a nearby room you couldn’t tell if they were knocking on our room or another, made it hard to nap. A maid even tried to open our room door, not sure if she was confused. We had another day left? Overall disappointing sadly.

The property is a good price, you're getting something fair for that price. The cleaning could be better, the bathroom door had some doirt marks around the handle. The beds were not as comfortable as I hoped, they were ok for one night.

The manager and front desk person (didn’t get their names) but they are such understanding beautiful souls. They’ve accommodated my parking fee so that my family and I can see our son graduate as a Marine. Please tell them thank you from the bottom of my heart. Nice little resort. Room was very clean, nice pools with decent amount of seating. Not too crowded and nice clientele. Restaurant is decent, mushroom pasta was great. The staff is great, everybody we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Somewhat isolated location without a car, but only 20-25 minute walk to mission beach.

What we were happy to hear for future visits especially during colder months but I wished it was advertised in the details so we could have taken advantage of that feature was the 2 HEATED POOLS!!! The hotel is by the bay, so both pools has this nice view of the water with the boats. During our visit towards the end of October there was a nice chill but not windy. Breakfast unfortunately was not free even though it was advertised as included. But it wasn't that expensive. It was a buffet style that came with a lot of options and an omelet stand where they cook in front of you. There's no limit on the amount you can get so it's worth the money. Check in time is at 4 pm, however if they have a room available, they do allow you to check in early. It was $50 (subject to change) because we checked in before 3 pm. Any time after 3 pm would have been free. We got there at 2 pm so we ate at the restaurant on grounds prior to going to Sea World. Location: Walking distance from the beach and park if you want to do a picnic. For families who are visiting Sea World it literally took me 2 mins to and from the hotel. You don't need to bring Shampoo, Conditioner or Soap the bathroom has big bottles that are literally attached to the wall. Not those little, small travel size. Which being a hurry we forgot to bring some on our drive from Vegas. Cons: Depending on the time you get there there's not enough space by front lobby to park, get down and check in.
