The living room offers an inviting, beachy space with seating for four or more, with streaming and cable capabilities. Prepare meals in the completely remodeled kitchen with lots of counter space and all new appliances, then dine together at the nearby table for six, with additional space for two at the breakfast bar. This retreat features a private, shaded back patio with a small container garden and a ceiling fan to keep you cool even on warm summer days.
This condo is just a short walk from beach access, and it's also less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens, where you'll find one of the most beautiful ocean views in all of San Clemente. Originally built in 1927, this stunning Spanish villa is now listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The shops and restaurants on Del Mar are also just a half-mile from this condo. And when it's time to dine out, walk to great local restaurants like Nicks, Avila’s El Ranchito, and more.

There is one on the corner above garage D facing the driveways.
There are two on the corner above garage A, one facing the driveways and the other one is facing the street corner of the property.
As you walk up the walkway to the units, there is one above the mailboxes near the corner by the first set of stairs which is facing the street and the walkway.
There is one at the top of the first staircase by unit D and it is facing down the stairs.
There is one at the top of the second staircase above unit B and it is facing down the stairs and the front door of unit A which is at the bottom of that staircase.
There is one at the top corner of the building above unit A which faces the courtyard and entry area of the property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
