Guest Access:
The condo features a single step for entry, and there are no stairs inside. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower right outside the condo, which is wide enough for wheelchair access. While it is not officially ADA compliant, it comes close.
The entire space is included in this rental, so please feel free to make yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
The San Clemente Pier Bowl is designed like a quaint Spanish walking village, featuring cozy cafes, a fantastic coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store, and two excellent restaurants. There's also a waterfront park and a beach walking trail. During your stay, you could easily manage without needing to use your car at all.
Getting Around:
You can easily walk to most of the amenities you need or take the free seasonal trolley for longer distances. Here are some key spots nearby:
- Main beach at San Clemente Pier: 2-minute walk
- Approximately 30 amazing restaurants: 2-10 minute walk
- T-Street for boogie boarding and surfing: 10-minute walk down the beach trail

**Important Information for Your Stay**
- Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to address them as soon as possible, but please note that there is no one on-site 24/7.
- There are strict quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- This condo is located in a fully soundproofed six-unit building, all of which are owned and operated by us. Five of the units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with adjacent accommodations. This is condo #3 of 6.
- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is pet-friendly!
- The unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. For additional guests beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.
**Unit Privacy**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only; none are located inside the units.
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor noise levels, which helps us enforce quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in—they simply measure the overall noise level. (Noise Away Brand)
