Spectacular Riverfront guest house with unparalleled river & mountain views!

This guest house/guest cottage is located on a 5 acre lush property right along the banks of the Salmon river. Fish right there if you desire! The views across the river to the magnificent Beaverhead mountain range are absolutely stunning! Photos don't do it justice.
Wallace creek also flows through the north end of the property at most times of the year and there is a picnic table out there by the creek to dine at. Abundant wildlife frequent the property including deer, turkey, eagle, osprey, geese, ducks, hawks, owls, osprey, heron, and many species of birds. Its a virtual paradise!
River and mountain views from ALL windows.
(1) spacious bedroom with queen size bed (with river view), (1) full bathroom, a cozy living room with super comfy furniture and sleeper sofa for 1 additional adult. Also has a fully appointed kitchen with river views from the window. Step right onto the patio from the living room - the river is literally steps away. Again there are gorgeous views of the Beaverhead mountain range (which is the Continental Divide) complete with stunning sunrises and sunsets.
NOTE: this 850 Sq ft guest cottage is located behind the garage (on the river side) and next to the main house where your hosts (Jan and Tim) live most of the summer. We are very mindful and respectful of your privacy, however!
This amazing property is located less than 10 minutes from shopping and dining in downtown Salmon. We welcome your visit. We know you will love it!

THE most beautiful, serene, and comfortable house by the river! The sunrises, sunsets and moon rising (that Jan pointed out to me!), were spectacular! The grounds of this property are immaculate and absolutely gorgeous in the Fall! The Guest House was perfect for my daughters and I. Cozy, everything you could possibly need and a sanity saver! Looking forward to our next visit!

Jan and Tim are terrific hosts! Everything was perfect upon arrival. The rental space is comfortable and charming and the setting is truly gorgeous! The covered deck was so private and serene. We cannot wait to go back!

My Son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The property is gorgeous, and the "River" is clear and captivating! We spent hours watching it. The town of Salmon, Idaho, is an old town, and there is a nice grocery store and Ace Hardware! We got our groceries at the Save-on, then grilled our steaks on the outside grill! We stayed in the guest house right next to the main house, and it had everything that we needed for our stay! We had the whole property to ourselves. There was a little buck deer and some does playing in the yard in the morning! Total quietness and not a soul in sight! Check-in was easy, and check out the same. Hope to return someday! This guest house/cottage was perfect with stunning river views of the Salmon River. Just a few minutes from town with plenty of dining options and a grocery store. We will definitely be back!
