"Firstly the staff were very polite and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions and help out where necessary. Nick and Alfie in particular went above and beyond. Next, Check in was really easy and quick. The room we had originally booked was nice and spacious for what we paid. There was however, an issue with the carpet being soaking wet in most areas (possibly just an unlucky leak or something). When mentioned to Nick, we were quickly accommodated and upgraded to a really nice room. This room had no issues; it was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfy. In the evening (7pm onwards) Alfie was very friendly and helpful; Suggesting places to eat and making conversation about our plans. When we came back later in the evening, the entrances were locked and on a buzz-in system to ensure safety. You are able to purchase some drinks and snacks in the lobby with some microwaveable meals for those with microwaves in their rooms. Overall, we had a really nice stay, and will definitely be staying again."

"Lovely friendly hotel staff can’t do enough for you, free parking, 2 minutes from the metro, beautiful quay views, The hotel has everything that is needed, excellent continental breakfast real value for money. Some rooms are a little tired but very clean, but other than that excellent hotel, generous times for checking in and out and definitely will be staying here again without a doubt."
