The front desk staff (Kristen) Was amazing I give her an A I think the hotel itself is outdated and old The bed was comfy and clean but there were marks on the sofa and on the walls, also the rugs had crumbs, hadn’t been vacuumed Needs to step it up, wouldn’t stay again But Kristan was perfect! She deserves a raise!!

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. We left early due to this 1 place is run down 2 Washrooms dated and some mold 3 We heard the people above us all night and did not sleep. No sound barrier. 4 Upon arrival the bed sheets while they might have been clean were wrinkled and looked like they had been slept in 5 not enough plugs located near the beds to accommodate phones or lap tops Would not recommend. The place needs to be updated badly.

Somewhat Disappointed
This was first stay here. There were a few things I found inconvenient: 1) The only ice machine was on the main floor and my room was on the third floor. 2) I had the option to make coffee in my room but not tea. I can't tolerate coffee but enjoy a cup of hot tea in the evening. 3) The hot drink station in the breakfast area was shut off except for breakfast time so I could not even get a cup of tea there. 4) I was there 2 nights and nobody checked my room after the first night and I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and conditioner. I did not receive fresh towels for the second night. I have stayed at another hotel in the area and they had an ice machine one every floor, a hot drink station in the lobby all day, as well as the ability to make tea in the room, and they check the room daily. Being a hotel by Marriott I expected at least the same amenities.

The rooms are old and outdated. Very low water pressure and Luke warm water. To many kids. The elevator is filthy, free breakfast has limited items. Found bugs, housekeeping is just terrible.
