Had to move rooms twice due to air conditioner issues. Curtains broken in all 3 rooms we stayed in. Second room had someone’s clothes hanging behind the bathroom door. Spoke to a waitress when we were eating downtown and she recommended staying in our room at night as the location was not favorable. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Outstandingly nice staff and the clean room was over the top nice! It had an actual huge living room for visiting, with a seperate sink out there. The bathroom was a seperate room also and even had a door between the vanity and the tub/ camode area. The huge bedroom had it's own door for those that went to bed earlier. The furnishings and amenities were so nice and we found it wonderfully affordable.Thank you Ramada for the precious memories.

Nice place to stay for a night in Saginaw. Breakfast was simple but good (pancakes and eggs). Felt comfortable and safe.

The property is older but upkeep has been good. The bathroom was small by today's standards but the room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Disappointed that the restaurant/bar and courtyard area where closed, but they said it never opened again after covid. They are trying to get it up and running again. It didn't seem like a good location but it turned out very good. Staff was friendly and enjoyed talking to them.

Very happy with our stay!

Very friendly staff! I very pleased that they acknowledged my granddaughter (who likes it when shes noticed). I got 1 of rooms with a jet tub (more for the tub for my granddaughter). She was very excited to see that, enjoyed EVERY minute she was in it. The only issue or cleaning item was the exhaust fan in the bathroom (dusty). I would go back there another stay!

Beyond horrible service rooms were dirty and dark had to upgrade room because of my room being insanely small and dirty I was also way over charged for my stay

I been coming here for some time now an I must say this is the most affordable, clean hotel to stay in. It might be high class but it is still a place to come an be comfortable. The only hiccup I had recently was they charge for a 100 security deposit that just started recently that doesn’t mention on they website but other than that A .
