We got bumped from our original booked choice of room, but they called ahead and made things work! Maximus, the breakfast host, is an amazing person, always there if you need help with anything and a great conversationist! 5 Stars for Max

Overall, the property was great. Having a special needs child, I called to request a first floor room. associate Taylor told me she could change this but upon checking in with Rose in the evening, this was not the case and that no room on the first floor could accommodate us. Miscegenation and honestly very dissapointed with this aspect of the trip.

July vacation

The highlight of our stay was Max in the breakfast area. We had my grandson with us on the trip and he enjoys waffles. Max was there to make a waffle for him every morning. It was nice to watch Max greeting and interacting with the guests as they came down from breakfast. He made it feel like home away from home.

Suite was good size that allowed the living area and kitchen area to be used without bothering anyone sleeping. Breakfast provided was excellent. Can’t wait to stay at a Home2 Suite by Hilton soon!

When the front desk asks if you can read

When we checked in we were told that we would have two days of housekeeping, Since we checked in on Sunday, we would have house keeping on Wednesday and again on Friday. Nothing happened on Wednesday so I went down to the desk and was told that it would be done on Thursday. Thursday came and nothing so I went back down to the front and asked. The women behind the counter stated that if I read the sign right there it states no overnight stay housekeeping due to the holiday. I told her that I was skipped on Wednesday and was told it would be done today. Since no one came I needed towels. She seemed pissed off I asked her for more towels considering we had been there since Sunday and it was now Thursday night. The only GOOD PART OF THE STAY WAS MAX IN THE KITCHEN IN THE MORNING!! He was absolutely the best!!!! I would come again just to see him.

Michigan trip
