Great location, pleasant staff, nice rooms. It's the nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time. If you want a nice weekend getaway in a walkable location, this is a good one.

Great Hotel
The hotel is in a beautiful location downtown by the water. The staff throughout the entire hotel were friendly and catered to our needs. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet that served bacon and sausage daily. When I made a mistake in ordering dinner, my mistake was fixed up by the staff so that I received a dinner that I suited my needs. I would recommend this for a great experience.

I love a place with a view and room service is just icing on the cake. The shower didn’t get hot the first night, though it had no problems after.

The location is fantastic. All of the staff were polite, helpful; excellent. Great view of the river and easy access to the riverwalk. Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast. The only bad thing about our stay was that we were only staying for one night. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Great little getaway
Honestly we love this location. We have stayed multiple times for multiple occasions and have always had a great stay! The views of the river are incredible and the convenience of location makes it a great little getaway!

A few small issues, but staff was great.
Staff was great. Our room wasn't ready exactly at check in time, but staff was very nice and apologetic about it. Our TV didn't seem to work, but maintenance came up within a few minutes and was able to fix it. Overall very nice hotel and staff was outstanding.
