Room was cold at times when heat came on…drafts. Parking was terrible. I am handicapped and several times had to walk from far lot to room 1131 and not enough handicap spots nor washrooms near front lobby or outside doors. Staff and guests were friendly and helpful, food was good and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful location, room could use some updates. The sink in our bathroom was very slow to drain. For price of the room, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. Otherwise it's a nice place.

Property was clean, close to shopping & food. Staff where great and attentive to customer care. The only thing they could improve on is installing clothes hooks in the bathrooms to hang housecoats etc. If you enjoy rustic European charm this is the place. Food was good and lots of it, you never left needing more!

Too big for us
Inn is very large and explanation to get to room was quick and complicated making the walk to the room very long. Construction of water park is going on so you are given ear plugs in the room. The Inn itself could use some updating badly. Too bad the money is going towards a water park and not the Inn.

Asked for ground floor got 4 th floor lot of walking to get to room. Internet was horrible and was advised would have to pay to get more then one person to have internet. Never seen anything like that before, all hotels that I have visited have had internet for everyone staying in the room and have not had to pay extra

this property has many amenities including multiple pools and arcade, mini golf and even an adults only pool. the rooms are a bit out dated and could use some minor renovations to spruce it up, such as new carpet & paint. its conveniently located near the River Place shops ( about a 3-4 min walk from hotel). the hotel is currently building a new water park that's supposed to open in December 2024. this will definitely attract more visits to this cute little Bavarian town. at times the hotel felt like a maze as the hotel is so large. over all its a great place to stay with family and kids.

Quiet property even with construction! Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated with Bavarian theme! Easy to walk all over town and enjoy the sights. Pools looked very inviting even though we didn't take advantage of them. Will definitely stay again!

Pools Great rest ehhh for the Price
The room had a balcony view of the parking lot with construction. Once the new water park part is done the balcony will have nothing but that to stare at. There was wallpaper peeling off the walls, crayon on the lampshade, dust on just about every surface, paint chipping off other parts of the wall, beds were hard and uncomfortable, brown spots on the ceiling of the shower that I didn't notice until the last morning. It is like they do the bare minimum for cleaning. Omas the restaurant they recommended on site and they use for room survice...the food was bland, service was slow and the server was not the most friendly. We asked for exta napkins and were given 2 and then an attitude...we were traveling with our 4 yr old. Server completely forgot my drink and was so slow with everything I decided not to bother asking. The pools were great..clean and warm. The arcade the temperature was really hot in there at all times.

Building an $80 million dollar water park in their own parking lot. Making everything more kid oriented. Not at all what we expected. They did leave you ear plugs in your room to help…geez Probably great for families but not older adults looking for a peaceful getaway to a beautiful area
