My stay was so relaxing I just didn’t have microwave in my room so I had to eat out I had plenty of food but couldn’t heated it up other than that everything was fine

Check in was a nightmare, lady at the front desk could not find the reservation. After being on the phone for an hour, went back to the front desk and another employee found the reservation no problem.

Two major issues at this hotel, noise and age of the facility. The hotel itself is situated in between multiple major highways, convenient for many places but just know going in you'll need a sound machine for road noise. The hotel itself should provide these in the rooms. Guests are also as many people have noted loud. Some women in the room next door were singing loudly until 1am, a fellow guest told me they hardly slept because people were running up and down the halls all night and slamming doors. The consistency of the complaint tells you it's a recurring clientele issue. The other major issue is the age of the facility, it's 50 years old so bear that in mind. Most of the rooms have had a recent refresh and they actually look pretty good. The hotel was good enough to switch me to another room when the first one smelled a little too strongly of paint from a recent refresh. TV never worked, wasn't plugged in, which was disappointing, and no breakfast. That said, thought the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Not worth $300 but for a very average stay it's ok. Can't say I was sorry to check out though.

Recommend stay elsewhere if you reasonably can. Used with wedding venues and group stays. If you are going to a wedding venue advantages can out way disadvantages. Recommend Goodfellows restaurant nearby.

The hotel was nice and clean as well but the toilet leaked and they only gave us one towel to dry off with after showering and took their time getting us more. Other than the towel issue, I would stay there again.
