Only complaint i have is like every other hotel they take a deposit for the room $100 instantly out of your account but after you leave you have to wait 7 to 10 days to get money back if they can take it that quickly then put it back just as fast

Safe, quiet place to crash. Pleasant staff, easy parking, very convenient to highway and very reasonable pricing for what I needed - a place to crash after driving in from Indiana before starting morning meetings in NYC.

Clean, comfortable, seamless check-in experience. Parking lot a bit rough (could use repaving in some areas). Noise from nearby highway. Toilet flush valve needs replacement (leaks,noisy,wastes water). Overall very good. Would stay again.

The phone nor tv worked and we had to change rooms. The room also had this sticky stuff all over things and the lighting in the bathroom which was the only real light to do makeup was horrible. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and well located

Staff was very efficient and friendly on checkin. Room was clean. Nice hair and soap products. Would stay again if need to be in that area. Definitely recommend

The staff is absolutely wonderful here! The front desk woman was so friendly and pleasant which was a great welcome. The high light of the stay was definitely the food and the staff in the sky lounge restaurant. The restaurant staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was so delicious, it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay this location again in the future.
