All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. Summer 2022 trip

We all had a great time. The house was perfect and we had everything we needed to cook with and clean up with as well. Lay-out chairs would have made it even nicer to lay out by the pool but the chairs provided were nice too. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun family vacation.

Great location

The house was very spacious for my group of 17 people. We loved the outdoor area and the perk of parking being included at Frio country. This house is in the back of a cul-de-sac so you feel secluded from the other properties on the golf course. We would certainly book it again.

Sweet spot could have been sweeter if..

Dont let my title stop you from staying here. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room. We were there around New Years & it was very cold one day. There are no blankets for the beds, only a bedspread. We didnt find the upstairs thermostat, so the guest upstairs were overheating. There are pots and pans, dishes, & silverware, but no spices or pantry items. Lots.of lights with labeled switches but many bulbs were out. I would recommend the stay, but next time I will be more prepared.
