Everything are good for us, only one minor issue was, the window blind can’t be fully dropped down to block lights, and outside is the mall’s parking lot, very bright light at night.

I booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 people, but there were only two beds. It should not be advertised as accommodating 5 people when it absolutely did not. The front desk offered a rollaway cot but there was not enough space in the room to comfortably or safely put the cot in the room.

Do better, Hikton

So expensive for the quality! Hilton needs to invest in their lower tier properties and the Rutland Hampton Inn is a prime example. Only one person manning the front desk / hotel so when she was dealing with an issue with another guest no one was there to check me in. Threadbare rugs in the hallways, peeling wallpaper in the room, windows that won’t open so no way to get rid of lingering moldy smell and a hulking ac unit from the 90’s that was louder than my house generator. Ugh.
