Very nice place in a quiet Maine town. Lots of dining options around. Easy to find. Very helpful staff. Is an older motel but well kept and just what my family needed!

Staff could not have been more helpful when we told them we were caught in the storm and arrive late. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the friendliness with which we were treated.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, with mountain views. The balcony off the bedroom was nice to sit out on at night. Staff very helpful, quite location.

This property was very clean with modern updates. The staff was kind and helpful, pool and hot tub were amazing. Highly recommend River View.

Quiet place, room very clean. Hall with a fireplace. large pool If anyone wants to relax with children. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna with a maximum temperature of 200. Beautiful view of the mountains. Next time I'm in your city I'll stay with you :)

Nice stay near Sunday River resort at 5 min. Plenty of space for 6 people in the same suite. There are full sofa bed and one additional spring bed in the double twin room.

Great value! We were a few miles from the Sunday River lifts and it was an easy drive. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay there again for sure!

The kitchen area is very important to me due to food allergies. It’s easier to travel. The resort is slightly older but it is perfect location and amenities were great. Pool with a functioning hot tub!!

Love staying here, the only improvement I would suggest are new mattresses in the twin beds. Other than that great place and affordable when I go skiing at Sunday Rivee.

We like this place because its so close to Sunday River, the indoor pool & hot tub is nice and the kitchenette is super helpful. This was our 2nd time there so we knew what to expect and came prepared. We feel overall the place could use an update or a refresh. We also notice that the room had its own water tank but we found that the hot water disappeared very quickly. Disappointing but not a deal breaker for us. We didn't find that to be an issue last time. Dining in the area closes super early so plan on eating early or brining stuff to cook.
