Welcome to Lucky Bear Lodge, where there's room for everyone. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in the beautiful Upper Canyon, surrounded by blue spruce, white firs, and ponderosa pines. As you pull up the cobblestone driveway, you'll be greeted by a wrap-around porch and a large stone chimney. Once inside you'll find an open concept living room where you can enjoy comfortable seating, and a pellet fireplace, adjacent to the full-size, fully stocked kitchen. Through the hallway, you will find three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There are 2 rooms, each with queen sized beds, and one room has its own half bath. The hall bathroom has a large, glass stand-up shower that is handicap friendly. To the right of the entrance is the dining area with a table and six chairs. Next is the door leading to a covered deck with a private hot tub, and a stunning view. Tucked in the back corner of the dining area are stairs that lead down to a second living area and game room. This family area contains a large TV, pool table, poker table and more. The downstairs also includes the fourth room containing two full-sized beds and another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Deer, elk, and turkeys are never far away, and if you're really lucky you can catch a glimpse of a black bear in the warmer months.
