The outside looked great and hall but once we got into our room our view changed. The room had a funny smell, our chair was broken and the carpet was bad.

the hotel was clean and our room was nice but our room was on the second floor and only stairs to get there the person on call offered to bring our luggage up but we didn't wait for him did it our selves. we got the room through hotels .com and they didn't say anything about it

Sorry, but our suite was very disappointing. We have stayed here before in standard rooms and have been happy. I rented a suite because we had our teenage grandson with us and wanted more room and extra TV. However, the furniture was shabby and dirty. The bathroom needed deep cleaning and tile repair and walls caulked and painted. We will look for some other place in the future.

It was run down. Our AC didn't work. The light switch in the bathroom was so loose we had to set the switch in the middle for the light to stay on. I was afraid we'd get electrocuted.
