Motel 6 on steroids

very friendly staff. outside entry only. limited continental breakfast. older hotel with no tub and interior was much like a motel 6. tiny shower, stained sink. some rooms have a river view and balcony. found leftover pieces of dog kibble on the floor of bathroom. toilet fill ran alot (leaky flap). bed was wobbly but mattress was good. walls were thin and the young couple next door made that interesting, if you know what I mean. next time I'll spend the extra on a well known large chain hotel with better breakfast.

Slight hiccup with my room and communication but staff was able to help provide viable solutions in real time and ease the process. I was happy with how everything turned out. It could’ve been super stressful but instead it was easy. Staff on site was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. Very nice outdoor space with picnic table. Took a walk around the very nice neighborhood. Room was clean, comfy with a nice chair.

We were traveling with our dog. We stayed in one if their dog friendly rooms and it was super clean and they had a cute Welcome bag for him. The pet area was large and very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodated our request for extra pillows and towels. Will definitely stay again

Our room was dirty: nail clippings on the floor, mold on toilet bowl, dirty fridge. Lady at the front desk offered us a different room - and it was dirty as well.

1st Puppy Stay at a Hotel

We stayed here with our 6-month old bloodhound puppy and it was the right spot! They gave us a sheet for our puppy to lay on, milkbones and food bowls. The room is right across from the dog area and let me tell you, that was a life saver. The room could use a little more attention when cleaning but it was a nice room and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is surrounded by homelss people fighting and loitering. We where worried about our car getting broken in to. Then we where double charged for our room.

Ann at reception makes this property shine above similarly priced alternatives in the area. Ann is pleasant, helpful, and cheerfully accommodating, both in advance and on day of arrival. Hopefully, management/ownership are aware of and appreciate what an asset she is. She brings the Riverfront Inn up significantly relative to the price range, which is a unique quality in any associate. When in Roseburg, we would return to the Riverfront Inn specifically because of her professionalism and understanding of the concept of "hospitality".
