This property is 31/2 years old and it looks brand new. They keep it top notch. It is clean, well maintained and well located near the highway. The staff is friendly and polite. Will definitely go back.
The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer and more helpful. They made it so easy to get settled in. The breakfast had great variety and they kept the hot foods fresh and refilled.
The fairfield inn at rolla was a really good experience. Staff were very nice. We wanted early check in but not able to. However i asked if they would refrigerate our food from restaurant until we coukd get fridge in room and no problem. I asked for exttra blankets and got excellent service . I asked for quiet room and got a quiet room. Nice work! Thank you!
This hotel is the epitome of what hotels should be like. It was clean, updated, and cared for. The staff were friendly and kind. My family and I have stayed in many hotels in our past, many with frustrating experiences. Hotel managers and owners from around the United States should spend a night or two here so they can experience
and understand the standard that their clients would like and pay for but do not always receive.
