The breakfast was not so good. No fresh fruits, no bacon, pretty picked thru even though it was only 8:30am. The entrance door to our room was damaged at some point and we couldn’t lock the bottom lock, it also made it hard to open and close the door along with being very noisy. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Getting housekeeping

Had trouble getting housekeeping service. The housekeepers were wonderful, but making connections to get them was a challenge

Room was very clean and staff was so nice! My kids and I used the pool outside, with only the small con of the pool being a bit dirty. Other than that wonderful place to stay!

The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. I come up to Santa Rosa during the fair and stay at a different place every year (downtown SR last year and Occidental the year before). Next year I will come back here.
