I liked it. Clean. Fresh. The room was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. The mattress was hard as a rock. And I had to go back in after check in to ask about my dogs. I clearly had listed at booking I had two dogs, but at check in she didn’t say anything. Being a honest person I went back and she said ok that’s fine. I had to ask her…. Is there not a deposit or a fee? Then the older lady next to her said yes 50.00 per pet fee..I said considering the fee isn’t listed on the site and the girl wasn’t going to charge at all… I will pay 50 total but 100 of deposit when I could of not said nothing at all and I was not told ahead of time there is such a deposit I thought was a little much. They charged me 50 total. All and all for the price it’s a good value.

Love the fact the pool is indoor and my kids got to swim during the winter. All Staff was nice! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good! Had no issues. Def be back !!

Great location and decent price
This property is a great location (once you find it as it is behind another hotel) between Bentonville/Rogers. The breakfast was fine (not the worst but not the best I've had). Two very minor suggestions: it was SO HOT in the lobby with the heat cranked on and we had to ask for our room to get tidied after three days as they do not automatically do that on multi-day stays.

The hotel was clean and checkin was easy. Rooms were spacious and hallways were clean. Only issue I had was that my room didn’t have a shower curtain or door, so the bathroom floor got soaked. Other than that, the stay was good.

Overwhelming cigarette smell.
First of all, my daughter and I stay here everytime we come to Rogers. Every other time was great. This time, not so much. The cigarette smell in the room was so overpowering, that we went to Wal-Mart to get a scent diffuser. I really like this hotel, however I can't deal with cigarette smoke. Don't if we will stay here again.

This is a pretty old hotel. Very outdated when i paid almost 400 for a two night stay i expected at least a smart tv. Rooms were very run down. Facility definitely needs a facelift. The staff was great when we first arrived the room was occupied by someone else but the staff was quick to address and fix the situation,which i appreciated.

Clean but dated
Room was clean but dated. Furnance was loud. Walls are paper thin. Furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. On a positive note, front desk customer service people were excellent!
