I had a great stay!

I have a disability and they gave me a room close to the front door and on the first floor, when I said stairs are hard for me. They were so accommodating to me and so nice. It was so warm on such a cold day! Super clean rooms and very warm, good indoor pool.

It was a good location. Even though it was winter it was peaceful and dining not too far from property.

The staff at the front desk were awesome. The lobby in the main building clean. However, our room was not. The floor was not vacumed, clean, in the bathroom and the room with bed. The faucet in the bathroom huge crack that was pieced together, the water did come out. When turned heat on it smelled. Was truly dissapointed, hopefully was just the room we stayed in. Fortunately we were not in the room for long.

Old and tired. Needs a do over. My ceiling in the bathroom was stained and had a Kleenex tissue stuffed into a hole near the shower pipe. Don’t think tiled area was vaccuumed, found a used bandaid stuck to the bottom of my slipper. Yuck! Room was so dark with dark carpet, navy blue walls and tired old furniture I thought it was nighttime all day. This used to be a vibrant motel years ago. If it can’t be kept up sell it!!! Rockport needs another motel but not in this condition. Even the whiskey barrel planters outside the room doors had last summer’s dried up dead flowers in them! Is this now A PATEL HOTEL????? Makes me wonder!!! It’s sad to see it in this condition

The pool was way too cold and not heated even though it says that they offer a heated closed pool. They also say they offer breakfast but it is the same kind of food I can get at a gas station.

Hotel was convenient, and clean. It is a “vacation” hotel, which means it has normal wear. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was a plus. Location was convenient to the event we were attending.
