Rooms are ok and affordable. They did not have rooms with a middle door for our kids, so they just put us side by side. They messed up our billing for our pet fee and the manager was very pushy and unfriendly resolving the issue.

Room wasn't clean. Dog food left on the floor, misc trash behind the nightstand, a wad of gum on the door trim, black feet from walking barefoot in the room, pool was warmer than the hot tub. "Mobility" room had a low toilet. Elevator interior panels loose and floppy. Rear Mobility entrance railing loose and wiggles.

Nice hotel. Had an extended room with a sofa. Plenty of shopping and food alternatives nearby. Excellent breakfast. Little noisy in the morning from the Business Loop but otherwise a great night stop for us.

Building is dated. Cooling and heating unit Difficult to monitor. Unit blew over one bed! Breakfast mediocre but lady who ran it very friendly.
