No hot water
The room was pretty basic lacked wardrobes and security safe. The main problem was the hot water. It had mind of its own, worked at time other times it was stone cold!! We complained to reception, and they said it there was problem with the boiler and could not help. The manager could not be located and made note to refund proportion of the cost. Still waiting.

The room was clean and spacious. My wife and I are in our seventies. We were actually shocked to find only one chair in the room, a desk chair at a small desk. The room could easily handle a couple of regular chairs of a couch and yet one of us only had a bed as an option. This is outrageous! Additionally, for the first time in my travels, I was unable to connect to the internet. After multiple attempts, and with no seats, I simply spent my last evening ever in thie Tru by Hilton which is untrue to travelers.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great too. However, the air conditioning was not working well in our room and the hallways. The air conditioner in the room was so loud, it was hard to sleep. The floor was dirty also. For the price we paid, we would have expected better.
