Wonderful

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It’s an aesthetically pleasing hotel with very modern architecture. The beds are so comfortable and the hotel is very clean. It’s located in the beautiful area of Winthrop college which is being developed with new construction as well as renovation work on older buildings. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really wasn't pleased. Even checked out early and finished my stay in town elsewhere. Requested a resupply of coffee supplies and got tiny cups with lids that didn't fit. Requested housekeeping two days in a row and no one came either day. No housekeeping during my 4 day stay. I was hoping I had found a new place to stay while in town. I was quite disappointed.

I love this place! It's been my home away from home for a while now. The food hall and restaurants right by are great! The upstairs bar is awesome when they have the staff to open it. My only concern would be staffing. Stayed many times and I hardly ever see the same face twice.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, especially the bartender at the SkyBar and the housekeeping staff, Rose. Conveniently located near a variety of shopping and food options. Only disappointment was the low water pressure in the bathroom shower.

Exhausted, I finally got in bed around 11:00pm. The bed sheet felt sandy, so I jumped up, turned on a light and pulled back the top sheet. I felt completely grossed out when I saw what looked like 50 or more roach poops on the filled sheet. As I only wanted to sleep, I checked the other bed in the room. Though there was less, it also had roach poop on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk, got a key to a different and larger room. Unfortunately, both beds in the other room were also noticeably dirty in the same way. So, after midnight, I found myself having to drive to a different hotel, which thankfully, had clean sheets.

The stay was amazing! I only gave it four stars because of the housekeeping. I requested service on three occasions but never received it. My stay was four nights. They did replace my towels.
