Wonderful Hotel. Although, they should not charge you for parking and have you park in the "Free" parking garage! Also, they charge for everything. Breakfast should be included not $15 for cold food.

Missy the rude and unprofessional bartender
The hotel was very nice. We chose this hotel for the roof top bar, the bar tender was rude and very unprofessional. My wife is Foreign so she has a little trouble ordering in English. The bar tender could not recommend anything for her and was not polite at all very rude. We ended up leaving and going to a local bar and had a great time. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just not the roof top bar.

The images of the hotel are accurate. If you’re staying there for a neighboring event, it’s the perfect location! The only issue I had was the blinds in my room were broken. And there was not a manual option to lower. I called the front desk, and she knew exactly what the issues was before I finished my question. Why assign the room if there are issues that would affect someone’s comfortability. If you enjoy your sleep and have a sensitivity to light, stay away from Room 230! Other than that, it was a good visit.

Wonderful
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It’s an aesthetically pleasing hotel with very modern architecture. The beds are so comfortable and the hotel is very clean. It’s located in the beautiful area of Winthrop college which is being developed with new construction as well as renovation work on older buildings. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really wasn't pleased. Even checked out early and finished my stay in town elsewhere. Requested a resupply of coffee supplies and got tiny cups with lids that didn't fit. Requested housekeeping two days in a row and no one came either day. No housekeeping during my 4 day stay. I was hoping I had found a new place to stay while in town. I was quite disappointed.

I love this place! It's been my home away from home for a while now. The food hall and restaurants right by are great! The upstairs bar is awesome when they have the staff to open it. My only concern would be staffing. Stayed many times and I hardly ever see the same face twice.
