We had a great stay. We had two rooms as there is 7 of in my family. The staff put us in rooms next-door to each other and they were clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast had something to make everyone in my family happy. I personally really enjoyed the coffee! The machine gound the beans and brewed each cup fresh, and was available 24 hours a day.... absolutely the bet cup of coffee from a hotel i have ever had!!! We visited the area for a trip to Carowinds. The hotel was a very short drive to the park.

Very clean and safe. There were very loud banging noises several times during the late night and we had a terrible night's sleep. I woke up with a splitting headache.

This is a great hotel for a great price. Very clean very quiet and the beds are amazing. Pillows are a little on the flat side, but very soft. The ONLY complaint I have which isn't even enough to knock a star off is the janky remote for the TV. That remote is the most frustrating thing I've ever encountered. Luckily there is a QR code on the TV you can use your phone to control the TV with, no app needed.

WE DIDNT GET TO STAY!!!! The hotel left a hasty message on my voicemail saying they didn’t have a room for us because hotels.com overbooked them. That was it. Nothing else. We had to scramble to find a hotel that could take us because it was late at night and we were HOURS away from home. Then the hotel we had to stay at was very far away from where we needed to be. This was awful.
