The whole hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. The spa, especially the outdoor hot tub, was incredible and well worth the extra charge. Central location. Overall, great experience.

Was ok, not special and rooms were like hostel dorm rooms. Hot water wasn’t really working on first night. Good for short trips and when you are just using it to sleep. Safe was also open one day after locking it (we’re very careful with this) but weirdly nothing was taken and reception said they would look into it. Still not too bad

Loved staying here, it’s in a great location just 15 mins from the city centre and public bus stops are close by for pickup for tours. Restaurant food is also amazing and great selection for hot food for breakfast. I would stay again

Loved the location of the property; within walking distance of most tourist sites in downtown Reykjavik. The spa area was impeccable; we highly commend the cleaning staff in the spa! Sylvie K, on reception, & Alona, the masseuse, were amazing. Our party of 3 enjoyed the quality and variety of the buffet breakfast. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the parking was easy. Despite the road works, just outside of the hotel, our stay was peaceful. We would happily stay here again! Enthusiastically recommend!

Simple yet effective decor, very clean and tidy. We went for room with breakfast and access to the gym and spa facilities and that worked well for us. The breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoyed the general atmosphere in the hotel however the bar area in the evening was deserted. Proximity to Laugavegur main shopping artery was great, as well as the indoor food hall and a handful of great restaurants. Bus Stop 13 is just around the corner, ideal for pickup/dropoff and going on excursions.
