The location is great if you want to be close to shops and bars / restaurants! However, there was zero parking near the hotel which would have been nice to know before we arrived. The desk clerk gave us a QR code to try to find a parking spot which was very confusing and he really was no help. The shower didn’t drain and we had 4 people needing a shower so we were frustrated.

The hotel is wonderfully located. Information on parking is poor and we need to drive around the centre to find a space to leave the car overnight. Unfortunately our studio apartment had an entrance from the outside common area with windows on that space which made it impossible to keep the curtains open. None of this is mentioned on the website and if it was I would have made different choice. It was our last night in Iceland and unfortunately not the best one. We will definitely come back again but not to this hotel.

Right near the rainbow road this property has excellent access to everything you might need. The only complaint I have is that there are no laundry facilities on site, there is a laundromat nearby though so this is a minor inconvenience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

Loved the area for convenience to everything, but hated the loud thumping music above me until 2 am. It was either a pub or nightclub or bar. MD sit near impossible to sleep & I had been up for over 24 hours. Annoying!

Property is nice, the room we had was spacious. Staff wasn’t the most friendly or helpful, especially with parking. The breakfast wasn’t very good, but good places are within walking distance.

Room, staff, and breakfast are good but parking is difficult. You can park free on street for free from 21:00 to 9:00 at night only before that you have to pay for parking, have y your Easrpark app ready!

I liked the kitchenette, very handy to have. I didn't like the fact that the two windows are not private and face where anyone passing could look into the room. The water in bathroom sink flowed verrrry slooowwly..
