This spacious and luxurious residence accommodates up to 18 guests and boasts a prime location, offering easy access to downtown Reno, convention centers, airports, casinos, shopping centers, and events, all within a short 5 to 15-minute drive. Ski resorts are also conveniently situated within 45 minutes to an hour's reach. Nestled on a serene canal, the house presents a distinctive floor plan, providing a tranquil and harmonious ambiance. Guests can enjoy immediate access to Sparks Marina Lake, while nearby amenities such as Legend's outlet, dining options, a movie theater, and shopping venues are within walking distance

PARKING
Our entire garage space is available for guests. We have a two-car covered garage space and driveway parking for two cars. Additional parking is located on the streets next to the home.

1st floor: Studio and bedroom with full bathroom (shower) and leads to the back patio
2nd floor: Entryway, half bathroom
3rd floor: Living, dining, kitchen, and laundry
4th Floor: 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom
5th floor: Master bedroom and Nook bedroom with full bathroom
BEDROOM 1 is a large Master Bedroom with a King Bed, Queen Bed with a full trundle (sleeps up to 6)
BEDROOM 2: Twin over Queen Bed with a twin trundle (sleeps up to 4)
BEDROOM 3: King Bed (sleeps 2)
BEDROOM 4: Please note this bedroom is an open Studio with one Queen bed and one twin with a trundle (sleeps up to 4)
BEDROOM 5: Two Full Beds (can sleep up to 4)
We also provide a twin fold up bed which can be found on the first floor in the closet.
We provide extra blankets for the bedrooms.
LIVING SPACE: We have plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining area. We have smart TVs with live YouTube TV channels
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
BATHROOMS: We have 3.5 baths located closest to all bedrooms making it convenient for larger group stays and we provide plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo for our guests.
PATIO: Patio seating is available, and we provide our guests with a Traeger Grill. We have a private dock, so if you're bringing a paddle boat, kayak, and canoe with you, be sure to string up your water toys down on the private dock.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishcloths, soaps, and shampoo. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dish detergent. A Target is nearby if you need additional items for your stay.
Before booking with us, please acknowledge that you have read & agreed to the house rules:
NO SMOKING
- No smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside but please pick up your cigarette butts. Any smoking detected inside the home will result in a $500 fine.
NO PARTIES
- No parties allowed and will be subject to immediate rental termination. There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.
PETS
Up to two dogs are allowed. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $100 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog waste is not picked up
GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please note that guests will need to purchase extra propane or charcoal if it's not available.
WEATHER
The weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance.
HOME SURVEILLANCE
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras with 24x7 recording capabilities
NOISE CURFEW
- 9 pm Noise Curfew on the patio. Our home is located on the lake and the patio borders our neighbors.
Any violation of the policies will result in extra fines.

When you're not dining at the property, be sure to enjoy a meal at one of the local eateries around town. Some hotspots include Carlillos Cocina, M&M's Southern Cafe, Niko's Greek Kitchen, SIU Korean BBQ, The Steak House at Western Village, Great Basin Brewing, and The Depot Craft Brewery Distillery.
For those in town for the winter, be sure to make the 40-minute drive to North Lake Tahoe to enjoy a day on the world-renowned slopes. NorthStar California Resort, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and Heavenly Resort are some of the best around the area. These mountains also offer a variety of tubing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing!
The summertime around this part of the country is filled with time on the lake, hiking, and mountain biking. You can feel free to bring your water toy or rent one from the local paddleboard and kayak rental spot. Lake Tahoe's northern shore is just under 40 miles away from your door as well.
We are within walking distance to the Legends with plenty of shopping, eateries, Imax movie theater, and other fun activities.
Our home is a in fantastic Sparks Location - On Sparks Lake, within 5 minutes of downtown, just under 40 miles from Lake Tahoe, a 40-minute drive to Diamond Peak Ski Area, and close to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, bars, hiking, antiquing, spas, and so much more!
