There was no hot water in my room.. I went down and told the front desk.. They said they would take care of it and send someone up to fix it.. They never did and when I went down to tell them AGAIN they said we'll we sent someone and that's all we can do.. Unbelievable.. They never fixed it or offered me another room with hot water or anything

The hotel was overbooked and we got sent to the Stratosphere which was quite inconvenient. However we got refunded the night and returned the next day to complete our stay. We loved the hotel, food, and location.

I did not have a great experience. The room was not that clean, there was water in the bathroom and hair on the floor. The heater was very noisy we coudn't sleep well. We requested service to fix it but they couldn't do anything because the system is old. It needs replacement. They had to give is another room at 4:30 am which was too late.

Room was okay. Issue is I stayed 5 nights and they would not clean bathroom or change bed sheets. On top the guest service who picked phone had attitude The hotel was in the strip but to the end near Sahara. But there is a monorail station. Parking was free I did in north end. If there is conference parking might get full The restaurant options are not that great. I liked the breakfast restaurant SID. There is a coffee shop in lobby and you have to buy from there as no coffee maker in room. Casino nothing difference as usual Elevators could be tricky if hotel is full. I personally did not face issue. Water went off twice but that it due to their maintenance in hotel.

Friendly staff; nice, clean, comfortable room. The whole property is very well maintained and kept very clean. The staff throughout the property was very professional and friendly. The pet fee for a small 9 lb chihuahua was pretty steep though ($150 for 5 nights), but regardless, we would most probably stay there again.

Room was clean, Hotel staff was kind and helpful with directions, The outside of the hotel was pretty kept up and clean until you're walking around the outside and notice the parking lot. it was a bit dirty but nothing unmanageable. otherwise my experience I would say was a 4.5/5

The monorail station was just outside the property, very easy access. The hotel was comfortable and spacious had a very nice walk in shower.
